Workshop Goal:
This exclusive masterclass is designed for actors who aspire to elevate their acting skills to the next level, focusing on deep character development and optimal casting preparation. In this intensive course, you will learn not only where and how to discover emotions within yourself but also how to apply them effectively to enhance your performance in a sustainable way.

This professional analysis forms the foundation for targeted improvements in your stage presence and authenticity. With a balanced combination of theory and practice, you will master how to fully embody a character, impress casting directors, and excel in any performance setting.

Assessment of Your Current Status:
– Analysis of one of your previous performances (video recording or live scene).
– Individual feedback on strengths, weaknesses, and untapped potential.
– Goal setting: Where do you want to go, and how can we achieve it together?
Character Analysis and Preparation:
– Selection and in-depth analysis of a character role.
– Techniques for character development.
– Methods to access, utilize, and channel believable emotions.
– Overcoming internal barriers: Emotional freedom for authentic performance.
Emotions: Discover, Experience, Perform:
– Identifying where emotions lie dormant within you: Accessing your emotional range.
– How to intentionally use emotions and which to leave out to stay true to authenticity.
– Exercises to integrate spontaneous, improvised emotions into the character.
Practical Exercises & Feedback:
– Casting simulations under realistic conditions.
– Live performance with before-and-after comparison: Recognize tangible progress.
– Navigating casting directors’ expectations: How to stand out and leave a lasting impression.
