ABOUT | THE TEAM

CastingTalents.tv is a selective casting and talent agency based in Zurich, with creative reach extending to London, Berlin, and Ibiza. For more than a decade, we have been a trusted casting partner for film, commercial, and artistic productions in Switzerland and abroad. With a finely tuned sense for presence, impact, and authenticity, we connect distinctive talents with projects that merge cultural relevance and emotional depth.

Our approach is forward-thinking and holistic, uniting casting and curation: we guide productions with strategic foresight and intuitive creativity. We select actors and artists not by type alone, but for their craft and emotional engagement – the presence that lets a project resonate. Our roster spans a wide spectrum of personalities and every age, from children to seniors: actors, singers, dancers, musicians, performance artists, as well a culturally engaged voices.

Our ambition reaches beyond classic casting: we represent artists across all disciplines – for film, art, music, and live events. What sets us apart is a dual perspective – alongside casting, our founder works curatorially. We think not in profiles but in artistic concepts, casting with sensibility for content, narrative, and impact. This translates into film and photo productions as much as into immersive and exhibition contexts, where it creates living, lasting experiences.

As an independent casting agency, we cast with purpose and impact – guided by an avant-garde spirit and a commitment to diversity and inclusivity as a natural reflection of contemporary culture. We welcome creative partners who think beyond the obvious.

KALTRINA CARAVAKU
CASTING ASSOCIATE ZURICH

Kaltrina is a multidisciplinary artist whose work bridges performance, visual art, and storytelling. In June 2024, she was cast in an international Netflix series by CastingTalents – an encounter that sparked a creative kinship with the agency’s founder, Aurélia. What began as a shared artistic language evolved into a professional partnership: today, Aurélia coaches from behind the scenes, while Kaltrina steps forward as Casting Associate and co-steward of the agency’s next chapter.

Kaltrina gravitates toward projects that reflect the vastness she carries within. Her idea of “home” is fluid – defined not by geography, but by spaces where stories can unfold and lives can be touched. Her creative range spans singing, dancing, painting, illustration, and design.

With a background that fuses artistic expression and strategic thinking, she brings a unique lens to every production. After completing a banking apprenticeship at UBS – where she designed a nationwide campaign – she worked as a financial advisor before studying Design Management International. Since then, she has dedicated herself fully to the intersection of art and business.

Time spent in Southern California, working on various video projects, brings depth to her sensitivity to character, color, and emotion. Her work in the arts informs her unique approach to casting. Fluent in five languages and grounded in both intuition and structure, Kaltrina moves fluidly between roles in front of and behind the camera. She views storytelling as an act of curation, inherently interdisciplinary, spanning the full creative architecture of a set or production – and brings a multifaceted perspective to every collaboration.
