CastingTalents.tv is a selective casting and talent agency based in Zurich, with creative roots and partnerships extending to London, Berlin, and Ibiza. Founded in 2014 by casting director Aurélia Marine, the agency has grown over the past decade into a trusted casting partner for productions around the world uniting cultural sensibility with cinematic intuition.

With a finely tuned eye for presence, impact, and authenticity, we connect distinctive talents with projects that carry emotional depth and cultural relevance. Our work spans commercial, film, and artistic productions, guided by strategic foresight and an intuitive feel for storytelling.

Our international team reflects the diversity and curiosity that define our approach. Drawing on backgrounds in film, art, journalism, theatre, and design, we approach every casting as a collaborative act of creative translation turning a director’s vision into living, breathing characters. Whether discovering emerging voices or supporting established artists, we aim to cast with precision, empathy, and purpose.

In 2025, CastingTalents.tv enters a new chapter. After a decade of leadership, Aurélia Marine transitions from day-to-day operations to a role as creative advisor and coach, while the next generation led by Casting Associate and co-steward Kaltrina continues to evolve the agency’s vision. Together with our extended team in Zurich, London, and Berlin, we remain dedicated to excellence, clarity, and innovation.

Driven by an avant-garde spirit, we continuously reimagine creative boundaries embracing diversity and inclusivity not as buzzwords, but as a natural reflection of the world we live in. Our rebuilt database and newly developed casting workflow, launched in 1 May 2025, will further refine how we connect talent to projects with sharper focus, intuitive precision, and a commitment to expressive storytelling.
