Ich bestätige, dass meine Angaben stimmen. (Besonders wichtig sind Deine Angaben zu Deiner Verfügbarkeit und zu Deinen bisherigen und aktuellen sowie geplanten Werbungen, in denen du zu sehen bist). Die Casting Agentur verpflichtet sich mir schnellstmöglichst Bescheid zu geben.

Die Gage, Buyout & Nutzung habe ich gelesen. Hiermit bestätige ich, dass ich mit den Konditionen einverstanden bin.
